Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English & Arabic; French is a plus
CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER
Performs day-to-day operations to provide technical expertise to customers to resolve connection problems.
Technical diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years experience in software/hardware.
Good communication skills.
MCSE certification is an asset.
